Creepers....hideous or genius?

It's hard to believe that years ago creepers actually served a purpose within civilisation. After the Second World War soldiers relied on these shoes for a successful adaption to the new climate and surroundings of London. Furthermore, in the fifties, creepers were adored by Teddy Boy's and the Rockabilly kids and in later years they found a safe heaven within Punk and Goth sub-cultures.
Now in the 21st Century creepers are slowly making a come back for some fashionistas….do you accept or reject?
